24th Conference “Problems of safety and health protection in the Polish mining industry”

The 24th Conference “Problems of safety and health protection in the Polish mining industry” will be held in Wisła on April 18 and 19, 2024.

The event is cyclical and is aimed at representatives of all types of mining. It aims to promote activities for improving safety, as well as reducing the arduousness of work and combating factors harmful to the health of people employed at mining plants. The conference will present original solutions to mining problems concerning:

• health and safety in mining,
• mining natural and technical hazards,
• general security,
• mining machinery and equipment,
• qualification and training of personnel in the mining industry.

The event is organized by: the State Mining Authority, the District Labor Inspectorate in Katowice, the Association of Mining Engineers and Technicians, and the Central Mining Institute - National Research Institute.
