Changes in the organisational structure of the State Mining Authority

4 July 2024

Since July 1, 2024, the State Mining Authority has had a new statute. The order was signed by the Minister of Industry, Marzena Czarnecka. It repealed the document the Minister of State Assets issued on October 7, 2022. With the entry into force of the new statute, the organisational structure of the institution changed.

The following organisational units will now function in the office: Department of Energy, Mechanics and Basic Infrastructure, Department of Underground and Surface Mining, Department of Environmental Protection, Deposit Management and Drilling, Department of Law, Department of Work Conditions and Training, Administration and Maintenance Office, Archive of Mine Survey and Geological Documentation, Budget and Finance, Human Resources and Training Office, Organizational Division - President’s Office, Internal Auditor, Officer for Control,  Officer for Confidential Information Protection, Defence Issues and Crisis Management.

The purpose of the reorganisation was to simplify the existing structure of the State Mining Authority. The changes were made using existing human resources.
