Last meeting of the Commission after the catastrophe at the "Borynia-Zofiówka" coal mine "Zofiówka" movement

On Thursday, 27 October, the sixth meeting of the Committee for Investigating the Causes and Circumstances of the Strumming and Group Accident Occurring on 23 April 2022 at Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. was held at the headquarters of the State Mining Authority KWK "Borynia-Zofiówka" Ruch "Zofiówka" in Jastrzębie-Zdrój.

The conclusion of the committee's work was presented at the meeting, along with a proposal for recommendations to prevent similar incidents in the future. The meeting was concluded with the discussion and signing of the committee report.
