Report on the activities of mining authorities in 2023

The State Mining Authority has developed a “Report on the activities of mining authorities in 2023”. The document presents, among others: administrative, control, repressive, legislative, information and publishing activities of the mining offices in the last year.

Separate sections are devoted to cooperation of mining offices with state administrative authorities and other public institutions, as well as cooperation with foreign countries. The report is supplemented by information on accidents in mining and description of activities undertaken by commissions appointed by the President of the State Mining Authority.

The year 2024 is a time of new challenges and plans. However, the current mission of the offices, which prioritizes widely understood occupational health safety in mining, will remain the highlight of their activities. Partnership, cooperation, substantive dialog are the proven directions which helped solve multiple problems which the Polish extraction industry is facing. This is why such approach will be continued.
