Visit of Slovak Delegation

At the invitation of State Mining Authority’s President Mr Piotr Buchwald a delegation from the Slovak State Mining Authority led by the President JUDr. Ing. Peter Kúkelčík paid a visit to the State Mining Authority on 17-18 April 2007.
The main goal of the visit was the exchange of Polish and Slovakian experiences regarding two areas: setting up commissions for investigation of accidents and questions connected with transposition of Mining Waste Directive.
On the second day of their stay the delegation visited the SMA’s Archive of Mine Survey and Geological Documentation as well as "Wieliczka" Salt Mine.
